Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Rank Guam website and any services offered by Rank Guam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Offered
Rank Guam provides local SEO services, lead generation, website design, and digital marketing consulting for businesses operating in Guam. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements between Rank Guam and the client.
Payment and Pricing
Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month. Commission-based agreements are invoiced upon verified job completion and payment received by the client. Rank Guam reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with 30 days written notice to existing clients.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service already rendered. Commission-based partnerships may be terminated by either party with 14 days written notice.
Ownership of Assets
All lead generation websites, niche domains, and digital assets created and maintained by Rank Guam remain the sole property of Rank Guam unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients do not acquire ownership of any Rank Guam domains or websites through any service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to respond to leads in a timely manner. Rank Guam is not responsible for lost business resulting from failure to follow up on leads provided. Clients agree to provide accurate business information for listing purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services, strategies, or website content without written permission from Rank Guam.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design elements is the property of Rank Guam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Rank Guam shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the most recent 30 day period.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guam, United States Territory, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
Rank Guam reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
